Sunday at 14-30pm we were to be away to Tetbury in a Mixed Friendly, unfortunately Tetbury have had to cancel.

On Monday in the North Wilts Mixed League we played Trowbridge Town at home and came away with a good win 55-41 (10-0pts), well done.

Tuesday is a full programme of 5 games,

On Tuesday afternoon our Ladies played in the Seidal League game away to Corsham, It was a slow start and Calne came away with a win 15-11,Well done to ladies who played.

In the White Horse Men’s League there are 3 games all start at 14-00pm.

Division 3 – Falcons were at home to Devizes C and won 22-10

Division 5 – The Beez were away to Devizes E and lost 12-27, whilst the Cavaliers were at home to Park Rangers, winning 18-7.

On Wednesday evening our ladies are played at home in the Bowls Wiltshire Ladies Triples League against  Broughton Gifford It was a good game and Calne lost 29-37.

On Wednesday evening our ladies  played in the 2nd round of the National Top Ten Club against Box, it was a competitive  game and very friendly, Calne ladies did us proud in this competition, The overall score Calne 47 Box 112. The score did not reflect the game.  At the end of the game a great supper was provided by Yvonne.

Whilst at home in the Men’s Mid Wilts Wilson Trophy Calne B played Trowbridge Town Aand unfortunately lost.

Thursday brought 2 games in the Mid-Wilts Triples League.

Premier Division – The Calne A team were away to Chippenham Town Bluebirds and won 54-53 (8-2 points)

Division 2 – The Calne B team were at home to Chippenham Town Swallows and lost 48-57 (1-9 points).

Friday as normal brings the very successful Club Night, be there for 17-30 for an 18-00 start, refreshments will be available as normal.

Saturday, start time 18-00pm, In the 2nd round of the Bowls Wiltshire County Australian Pairs Competition, Sally Field and Hugh Burchell are playing a team from Chippenham Town led by V Baskerville.
